    I don't understand how these are that good value. You can get full 105 di2 for ~£1000. This was £600 and potentially another £150 for customs and duty and its missing half the parts of the groupset. I would always take SRAM or Shimano over LWOO when the difference in price is small. Thats always been the value proposition of these chinese brands. Save loads of money but you might pay for that in lack of parts, easy of service and reliability. For saving probably about 8% its just not worth it.

      The key is not to live in a sht country that's milking you in every turn 😂 go get trapped in 12s then. Parts wear faster and more expensive and always out of stock. Yeah sure is better 😂

    To me its not just that its cheaper but it also allows you to take your time and make the conversion from 11 speed to 12. This means it allows you to budget for the change. The added issue solved for persons who don't for eg live in the developed world is the twoo app is not geo blocked like the Shimano di2 one is. Therefore Ltwoo truly is the group set for all and not just for certain locations

    • @rosomak8244

      The masochism of people willing to make their bike depend up on some silly app is truly amazing. The audacity to make such product depend up on where you are! And the obvious strikingly short timed planned obsolescence on top of it. Those companies are going to loose quickly market share, since viable alternatives are apparently past the teething phase.

  • @samgraham4168

    er9 is a closer comparison to 105 Di2 though; the Shimano offering is not carbon fibre. Price for that is currently £420 shipped to the UK. Throw in Senicx PR3 cranks and a ZTTO 11-34 and you're a good 350 quid cheaper than 105 any day.

      Yeah, but how many times have you had to warranty groupset parts? In all my years and bikes, the answer for me, is never. The big chunk of change saved is more than enough for me to chalk a failure up to life and buy a replacement. Remember, you're gonna be in the same boat wioth the big 3 after 12 months; the only difference is, as pointed out, there's a longer lead time for AE sourced parts (whilst we're on the bleeding edge of release anyway, until more people start stocking them)@@JaiJai-by4tp

  • @1971lemond
    @1971lemond ปีที่แล้ว +6

    This group set is 11/12 speed compatible which is really cool and the rear derailleur can be adjusted to each sprocket on the cassette in the “app” , as well as the front. In the app you just pick 11 speed or 12 speed set up then u fine tune from there. Its compatible with SRAM, Shimano, and Campy chain sets which hits a huge market value in the road cyclist rider at a very cost effective price who don’t want to spend thousands of hard earned money on Dura Ace or Campy Record bike components. I think it will very attractive for this type of consumer in the road seine.

    I do think this is a good value as an upgrade kit if you have say 105 mechanical. But what I want someone to try is using the leavers with 105 calipers. I do think if your buying a full group for a new build Sram still wins for me just because it’s allot easier to instal and having removable batteries. I also find Sram to be easier to use with just one big button on each leaver.

    • @BurgerTime7441
      @BurgerTime7441 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@BurgerTime7441 crazy to assume that Sensah has the same quality as Ltwoo. Historically, shifts with Ltwoo mechanical drivetrains have been generally better and more consistent than the same tier Sensah. • @DaveCM

      105 mechanical works so well. Unless you are wanting 12 speed and or electronic, then I'd stick with what you have. Oh, also unless you could use the extra range from 12 speed. I used Shimano for a lot of year, but have moved to SRAM entirely over the last few years. I personally like the functionality of SRAM electronic better and I prefer the removable batteries. I much prefer the one button on SRAM to the two buttons close to each other on Shimano. When I was really bonked or not focused, I'd hit the wrong button on Shimano. That is just me and my opinion. Plus, I have large hands and I think the SRAM works better for me.

    It's very hard to sue a comment that's based on China for patent infringement. Almost impossible.

    Just like anything else chinese first versions are like mehhh but in the long run eventually will get better in time just look at Huawei for instance.
    Myself I would give them around 3 more years to polish their products and then we will see.

      1x should come at a lower price tag as well. No FD, pure brake lever on the left.

    The Chinese have often copied and reversed engineered everything from electronics to fine German air guns! There are no copyright laws that can get them as that country does as it wishes. But to the group set so to speak as it is missing several components......I am eagerly waiting to hear your thoughts once you test them.

    They really need to change their brand name and decals. Who wants to have a groupset called "L-Twoo" on their bike, even though it is a good groupset...

      @@micktheshaggy3977 haha, you are right "sram" is translated to "shame" in my language. But sram is already an established brand which everyone knows about... If these companies want to gain some popularity and stay relevant in years to come they need to work a bit on their marketing. Also, "l-twoo" just sounds cheap if you ask me...
