Your way of making the haitian fritters looks great as well , everybody makes it a little bit different from one another . however there is a haitian lady here on youtube her name is stefanie menady kitchen that make fritay a little bit different from the way you make it ,no big deal 😀 .

The meat isn’t chodey ( waiter salt vinegar and lime boiled in a pot ) poured on the chicken. Before even seasoning it.
