Mini Pumpkin Pie Ingredients:
►1 homemade pie crust disk, or 2 store-bought pie crust rolls
►15 oz pumpkin puree
►1 large egg
►1 large egg yolk
►1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
►1/4 cup granulated sugar
►1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
►1/2 tsp cinnamon
►1/4 tsp salt
►1 tsp vanilla extract
►3/4 cup evaporated milk, 6 oz

This was a huge hit at our house. We made them twice and the second time was much better. The second time, we made the dough circles larger so they filled the cupcake tin sides all the way to the top. Then I decreased the evaporated milk to 1/2 cup instead of 3/4 cup. The first time they were too runny. I used your pie crust recipe and it was delicious! Everyone commented on the flakiness. Truly my new favorite pie crust recipe!

I tried a really quick recipe for pumpkin pie. 1 can of Pumpkin puree...3 eggs...1 can sweetened condensed milk... 1 tbsp of pumpkin pie spice and 1 tsp of vanilla. I'll have to try this mix in the mini shells. Thanks for all you do. It's not only inerestin...but darn good, too!

Natasha's just the most wonderful person both inside, and out. I get better at cooking because of her. As I'm watching this mini pumpkin pie video, I'm making her instant pot chicken, and rice recipe with the onions, carrots, and huge glob of garlic, and parmesan cheese in it.
I made these today for a church event…and I must say Mrs. Kravchuk you have outdone yourself this time!! The crust if buttery, flakey, and just has the most perfect texture. That filling has extraordinary taste, and all the flavors just blend so well. I appreciate all the time and effort you put into creating these recipes and making these videos for your subscribers. I have a mini pie maker and had been thinking of doing mini pumpkin pies in it but hadn't really gotten around to looking up a good pumpkin pie recipe. The fact that this makes 12 mini pies is excellent as my machine does 6 at a time.

i did this but i put a cupcake liner in.. sprayed with nonstick spray then made my own crust with crushed graham crackers with some melted butter. turned out great.

I have to say that I really like your videos. I have been making these mini pumpkin pies for several years now except I do one thing that is different. I use cream cheese mixture and then blend it into the pumpkin pie filling. Your taste buds will defiantly do the happy dance! Thank you for bring this to everyones attention because they work great for Thanksgiving dinner and all other occasions that you want to make a pie. This is also a great way to make any pie for any occasions even if it's just for you in the middle of the night! LOL!

For pumpkin pies specifically try infusing maple syrup with the whipped cream and roast and caramelize some hazelnuts and sprinkle on top. This simple addition takes any pumpkin pie to the next level.

I love your videos and have made quiet a few of your dishes now 😋 was a little disappointed that u used a tin for this recipe as being from Australia we don't have the pumpkin puree in our stores and have always wanted to make something pumpkiny to see what the hype is all about 😜
Will try this but will roast then puree some pumpkin 🎃 to a thick consistency and see how it goes have already made pumpkin spice ( again not something we can get here 😉 and see how it goes.

I love watching a lot of your videos I even have made some of your recipes and they are delicious, Pumpkin is my favorite.
I just made these with your apple pie filling, delicious one tip for the apple maybe next time I will pre cook the crust to see if its a bit crisper on the Bottom next is gna be the pumpkin but I think I will see if I can cook the crust first not sure if that will turn out, if not I will do it exactly like you did here ( getting pies ready for next weeks feast) I love the idea of these better than a huge pie
