Looks like we have some work to do my friend. Let's get it done! You still have my email I'm sure

To begin with i believe the double firing of the injector is just an artifact relative to the ecm trying to stabilize rpm initially. Watching the rest now

The timing belt is worn out if you follow the replacement procedure you’ll see it out of time. The ckp/ intake cmp timing is only known to ecm . Since this vehicle does not have an exhaust cam position sensor the ecm does not see the over retard / gross overlap occurring on the Exhaust camshaft from timing belt failure. Common failure on the variable exhaust camshaft/Zetec engine

my bet is the timing belt timing is his problem, that when the problem started ,cause long crank to start also

if you do in-cylinder pressure to see the exhaust valve open-close you will find the issue. that is what I am thinking

timing belt and maf sensor and possibly incorrect fuel rail pressure

Maybe the car engine is magnetised

There is some time difference between spark and injector with camshaft position sensor and without.
    Maybe it is correlation...

Please show results after cam sensor replacement

Just got new sensor and car is running much better. Still needs new spark plugs and oil change. PCM is still activating injectors like before but not as frequent. Part three is coming soon.👍

Reluctor wheel issue? When not being monitored by cam sensor it cleans up but when it reads cam timing it has issue. Possible magnetized reluctor wheel? Just a thought.

Since unplugging the cam sensor eliminated the extra injector pulse and the car still surges terribly; I don’t think that the extra injection is the root of the problem. Also the extra injections are very short so I wonder how much effect that they have to the main concern. I wonder what the length of the main injection pulse is and if that is correct for a normal running engine. Getting worse when warmer makes sense since the engine needs less fuel when warm. I’m curious why the baseline of the injector current waveform is unstable at lower RPMs. The co-incidence of the timing belt is suspicious. An in-cylinder to verify timing would verify that. Also the MAP and MAF can cause the overfueling.

Would run injector preasure drop test just to eliminate possibility of leaking injector.

    Sounds like a vacuum leak

    Timing off is my guess
    Edit: it’s confusing the pcm.
I’d compare to known good first

Jesi probao running compression, možda je bregasta out of timing ili je katalist začepljen

Cam / crank sync correct? Cam / crank wires good? Corrosion at the pcm? Power and grounds to pcm?

I wonder if you can get a borescope picture of the camshaft reluctor wheel. Wish I had advice for you.

Look like timing is off little. Just compared to a known good one i saved 8 years ago its cam is at 17 from where you counting. Instead of 16.

Reset the kam, then see what it does
