When you select the line tool, right click the line that is besides the little house icon and select "reset tool"

Adobe have smashed the line tool. What a mess! :(

Richt click smash the 3 dots in toolbar, chose edit toolbar, scroll and slide 'Line Tool' where you want and higher and chose done.
