I really am stuck and need help - please... I have no idea what else to try but to ask. I can preview and select filter options, but even with preview selected my image is not changing, and when I select a filter and press OK, my image is not changing. I have researched all over but cant seem to find a similar problem on the internet. I am really stuck!
