Diljit ji, can I put salt only? after coating the cashews with ghee? Because I don’t like masala cashews.
I have one general query about air fryer..
i tried onion pakora which came out crispy on the outside but undercooked from inside and having raw masala taste. Can you share any tips to overcome this?
Should i start with low temperature to cook inside and then increase to get crispy brown texture on the outside?
You got it right. We need to cook/Air Fry pakora first on low temperature and longer time. Then to make it crispy we can Air Fry them on higher temperature for few minutes. I think to avoid Pakoda getting dry, we may add a little more oil in the mix than our casual routine.
Today made this in pigeon air fryer but adjusted spices bit different like red chilli powder kashmiri chilli powder etc really turned out so yummy and crunchy thank you uncke😍👍

Sir I tried on Philips air frier. But bad luck woh kale ho gaye. I think temperature 180 rakh tha and time toh 5 mins hi the. And quantity bhi kam thi.

What about the ground nut frying in air fryer ?
I think we can do the same with groundnuts too following the same procedure because ultimately we are roasting nuts. The time it takes, may differ a bit.

It's always necessary to preheat the Air Fryer as we heat up the Tawa before baking chapatis on it. We can't put the chapati on a cold tawa.
When we give the details of the recipe, we mentioned the time and temperature after preheating the Air Fryer.
hello sir..Can we fry Karela and besan coated koftas in Air fryer? Does it taste different? I already have OTG so i dont want to bake anything in Air fryer, i only want to buy Air fryer for deep frying purpose and we hardly buy ready to eat Mc Cain products.Thanks
Nitika... Air Fryer is not meant for deep frying. If you have OTG, then you don't need to buy an Air Fryer.
Air Fryer is meant for getting things cooked/air fried with lesser quantity of oil.
