  • A cinematic tram ride on the "T" Pittsburgh's Light Rail System. Featuring real-life footage from Pittsburgh, google earth comparisons, and cities skylines cinematic videos showing the journey from South Bank Station in the South Hills, to the terminus station in the North Shore, Allegheny. Part of the Pittsburgh 1:1 Series
    I plan on finishing the city in its present form so that I can use it as a basis to improve traffic, improve walk-ability, increase transit options and opportunities, and complete highway removal/covering projects.

    ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER! This is hands down the best "Scenic Drive" Video in Cities; Skylines on TH-cam. Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with such amazing quality videos from the best damn game out there!

    Never have I been more proud of my city. You have done something that I never even could dream was possible, yet here it is. I want to share this with every single person in Pittsburgh. You clearly not only have serious Cities: Skylines skills, but you have the attention to detail I thought no one had for Pittsburgh.

    Your builds have to be the most realistic out there. It was hard to tell what was CS and real life footage in a few transitions

    I do not know why, but with this ride I first saw the whole build - till now I just had seen bits and pieces from the discords. Man what the heck. So amazing. Hands down not only the best scenic ride but also the best realistic build out here I love how you made the camera flight and stoped right when the tram stoped. Figuring out the timing for that must have been absolute pain.(edited for typos)

      Thank you so much for your words of appreciation! A lot of time effort and planning went into this, so it’s very rewarding to hear comments like this from the community!

    My jaw is on the floor, and I think I smell a Webby. Always nice to see talent and skill not only making excellent videos, but having the initiative to take it one step further to continue improving. Amazing work as always! Thank you! :)

    oh dang this starts less than a quarter mile from my house, thats crazy! I drive thru the intersection where the tram passes over saw mill run so often! Very neat!

    Amazing. With a first person run, while at night, it would be obscured enough to you might second guess you weren't looking at dash cam footage. I can't wait to see a first person tram or, even better grab someone you know is going to take public transport because the camera stays with them even when they get out and walk.

    This is simply superb! Your interspersing of real life / Google Earth photos and video with footage of your city-build shows your amazing skill, because in at least of a couple of shots I couldn't figure out if it's real or if it's City Skylines!

    Amazing video and I love this series.
    Also I don't know how far you are to being finished and if you want to keep playing once you are, but would it be a fun idea to redesign the city a bit after you're done. In terms of urban/ city planning. You can be idealistic about it.

    • @GaseousStranger
      @GaseousStranger  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      That is the plan! I talk about that a bit in the episodes along with some of my plans :) New episode today at Noon ET!

      @@janneslenkens5355 Higher density development is also one of the things I want to achieve! And you make a good point about that neighborhood in particular.
