Only huge flaw with PT is poor get down options when in disadvantage above and poor ledge get up options *WHEN COMPARED to the other top tier characters, I'm not saying his disadvantage is worse than the many other characters who are EVEN worse*. Top top tiers also have great ledge trap options making PT flaw even more exemplified.
pt is still good. I'm simply saying it's a reason why PT is more like a top 20-30 character, but def not a top 5-10. which doesn't mean it's bad. Hell, Mkleo wins with Corrin and byleth and both are high tier not top tiers.
I feel like quidd is specifically though is really good in disadvantage though, at least with ivysaur. I know its something people critique about pt a lot but quidd has a way of getting out of it or reversing it so often

Fast forward 1 year later and Mkleo drops both. PT is still high tier, but Corrin is now top tier and Byleth is back to being mid tier :(
But to make up for it they have an amazing advantage state, edge guards, and ledge traps.
Do these commentators know that Quidd won a major a few months back? They seem to have forgotten about that
What makes you say that? It sounded like they were simply listing the recent wins Quidd has under their belt, and they just didn’t mention that he won LMBM which was seven months ago
@@prestonsasaki Because they were talking about some of his better wins and not just his very recent ones. They hyped him up loads without mentioning what he should be hyped up most for, it's just strange I reckon

Man that last stock on that last game was unfortunate. That is why we don’t mash button while getting combo by PT. Not only did he mash jump but then then buffered air dodge. Should of taken the 30-50 percent combo instead 🥲
