    I believe that one day your work will be recognized as much more significant than it is atm. I believe as we understand more about fascia that the scienec on it will catch fire and people will realize that it's even more important than the muscle and more important than we realized.

    fascia training significantly shortens reaction times , increasing power output significantly , which is essential mostly for athletes

    Fascia has been almost totally ignored in Manual therapy for far toooo long! It’s about time FASCIA GETS THE ATTENTION IT DESERVES

    Alright my friend, the real question is, does fascia form better under water; for example, I’m overweight but training in the pool builds my strength up better to perform in the real world, so the jumping I can’t commit to repeatedly in Tennis practice, I do in the pool for hours on end. All the benefits of form without the tiresome effects from function, and I can still get down on court the next day, is pool training the true essence of what that guy meant when he said you have to be born of the water and the spirit, does water training shape better form, not only to memorize your movement but also communicates in detail to the fascia exactly the way it needs to build your NeW EXOSKELETON AS IT WERE? I THINK IN TWO MONTHS MY FASCIA WILL NE READY BUT IN SEVEN YEARS I WILL HAVE A NEW EXOSKELETON!! 😇😇😇😇😇😇😇

    I typically train at the gym in socks to avoid stares and etc, does the results still match?

    Is spreading the toes important when it comes to hyper arch?

      Not really but having good toe alignment is important for contact point correction.
