Crabs are one of my favorite shell fish. They are delicious. However, many people don't like them, because their shell is often challenging to break and quite messy to eat. In order to make things easy, there is baked crabs recipe that is often served as a started in many restaurants in Goa. Here the crabs are booked, their meat scooped, sauces with various spices to form a stuffing and stuffed back in shell along with a layer of cheese. It's served with shell and foodies like us can scoop and savour it without the mess. I enjoyed making this recipe, hope you also have a lot of fun trying it.

Ingredients:
3 Whole Crabs
Some water for boiling
Stuffing:
1 Chopped Medium Onion
1 Chopped Tomato
A handful of Coriander Leaves
1 inch ginger
5-6 garlic pods
2 tbs Oil
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt As Per Taste
Boiled Crab Meat
