Y will she write in Marathi or Hindi? Thr r multiple languages in India. Not all understand marathi. So somebody else will come and say write in Tamil Assamese gujrati Rajasthani. Is she gng to write for everybody in all languages? Hindi is not the national language. It's just an official language of the union. Her language might be konkani since she is from Goa. But not all will understand konkani...... Also if the question in abt understanding the recipe thn the visuals are enough. If u want to specify abt being ashamed of languages thn to mention; Hindi or Marathi are not languages. So there is nothing to be ashamed of. She is using English not with the intention to undermine any other language
