This looks so good on a bonklip, so much so that I bought the watch and a bonklip to go with it! Got the bonklip today, still waiting for the watch to arrive. Also, the Hamilton is so freaking big! I really don’t get the appeal of field watches being that huge.
Great review, I am a fan of Benrus and currently own a 1976 automatic sealord and a Series #3061 from 1969. Was trying to get a Hamilton khaki but I am not a fan of faux patina so this watch is a high contender for my next purchase. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you...it's a Chinese brand called Binlun sold through Amazon. I think I might make a quick video about different strap options I tried Thanks for watching and commenting
I like the size of 33 mm watches! The Benrus re-issue is perfect! I owned a Benrus Bullitt and regrettably sold it. I still have sellers remorse about it!
Nice, I didn't know they made these after '94, I just assumed the 50th anniversary of D-Day (reissue of a VietNam watch 🤨) was Benrus' way of getting rid of NOS parts. I'm thinking one of these on a black leather strap McQueen style would look just right
No old stock, this was a full relaunch of the model after the acquisition by M.Z Berger (Gruen) from the previous owner, Clinton Watch Company in 1994-1995. Super respectful that this new owner still went and put an ETA movement in this watch. MZB was importing watches from Asia and could have been more cost effective to simply put a Miyota or Seiko movement but they didn’t. Looks like they were trying to save the heritage of the brand.

Closest homage - Militado ML07. More accurate as well due to VH31. Cost $60 😊
I really like your canvas strap too. What is it?

Yes, that's the original, no-frills, totally utilitarian size alright. Thanks for watching and commenting!

@@MiguelBricaBrac wow!....great information....thank you for the insight!
Good video, I won't pay for enlarged military watch all the way to 40mm.That's totally against the spirit.
full review=atm?
"At the moment"?
Is the buckle on the original strap signed??
You do alot of whining. But we all know what we like
Thanks for the comment
I just re-watched the video. Yeah, I guess I'm critical, but thankfully so as it keeps me from buying everything in sight, lol!
