Big as your boat is consider carrying a small charcoal grill to make you some hot dogs or something. As handy with making stuff as you are you could make a removable grill holder that hangs off the side of the boat.

Great minds think alike, I am plotting a trip to my local lake . IF the River settles down I might rethink that but as of right now I am thinking lake for Crappie and a few Channels for the freezer.

Got my first flathead of the year a couple weeks ago but the temperature has dropped and the Ohio river is TOO high to fish for me and the few spots I can fish. We got a freeze warning for tonight here. MAYBE hit that lake again in a couple weeks and do another video? Our lake here (Claytor) has some decent flatheads in it.. SW Va.. Good job. Were those last shad you netted Gizard.. As I was out Sunday catching some bait I ran across a pile of suckers spawning in a branch. I did manage to net a few of them.. Hard to throw net in a branch,even more difficult when you have to work around a crutch..(I am handicapped, only have one good leg) but will not stop!! Have a great day young man.. I Like the betts super pro, lee fisher joy fish and lee fisher bait buster and super spreaders are decent. At least 1lb per foot but prefer 1.5lb. There’s a lot nicer nets but I’m not willing to pay for them. I used to throw small cheap nets. It’s unbelievable the difference it makes going bigger and heavier. Good luck and thanks for watching.
That was an aluminum can tied to a fishing rod. Something Landon was doing while we were waiting on a bite 🤷🏻♂️. If you notice it is hovering over the water. We don’t litter. I respect our waterways. If you go to 10:05 you can see the fishing rod that is tied to the can. Thanks for watching

In fact, I would think you would be the person who helps to keep our lakes and rivers clean by picking up trash discarded by others. I keep trash bags in the boat for that very reason. How does the b n m rod compare to the twc rods?
A lighter tip and a slower tip on the bnm. If I had to pick one for everyday use I’d go with the twc for sure but there both good rods.
