In those situations I use SEP, it kept me sane at work!
What is SEP you ask, it's Someone Elses Problem. If it's your fault/problem then do your best to get it sorted, if it's someone elses problem then help if you can but NEVER take ownership of thier problem, that way leads to stress, pressure and madness.
