@illwillofficial4929 it's only been a week or so, but mentally, I feel better for working out. I always feel like I need to go harder to really feel those gains💪😂. Surfing at the weekend will be interesting. Then I'll get a better sense of if it's paying off. 🤞🤙

In 2022 before Christmas I've been to Royal Albert Hall on Classic FM Live. Basically the same theme. It was absolutely stunning. I can highly recommend. It must be experienced at least once in a life time.

Currently I'm trying to keep my elbows tight as I can and mainly engage my lats. I did want to keep my neck upright, like you say for good form but I noticed that it played havoc with my neck.
