The fact they are looking for dirt on Gary shows they aren't able to criticise him solely on his opinion and his messaging, which tells you the kind of people or institutions that are willing to do that should be dismissed out of hand and deserve every ounce of contempt thrown their way.

This is definitely going to be an issue the bigger this channel gets.
Clearly voices of powerful interest will want to silence your voice.
Corbyn is an authentic leader and his voice/ movement aimed to deal with wealth inequality. He has been very effectively silenced and marginalised.
Maybe use any negatively publicity directed at you as future content for the channel.
Hope you are having a restfull and restorative holiday!

Adding transparency to negative publicity might be helpful and a learning opportunity.
For instance: this publication/ person is saying this and they are attached to this organizations.
Might be a good way to expose misinformation and cohersive narratives about wealth inequality.

This is totally what is happening here too, only we have the scary aspect of no guaranteed healthcare (no NHS) and college tuition is through the roof. I especially love your focus on mental health and what this is doing to people. I am a registered architect and my husband teaches at a college and its hard even for us to support ourselves and our son. I lived in the UK in 2001 (shout out to Billericay Essex) and the English people I met were all so kind and hardworking. I pray this turns around. People in my generation (Gen Z) don't yet realise that if we remain on our current economic trajectory, that we will never: own a home, have financial stability or be able to have children of our own in this rapidly destabilising world. My future depends on solving inequality. I'm no Socialist or communist but we need a brief societal reset which sensibly distrubutes the wealth and assets MORE equally across society. Stumbled on your interview (different channel) & then found the LBC interview...now I'm here.
I won't lie: It's REALLY difficult hearing the things you say - especially about the decline of the world as we know it. But what keeps me hopeful is that fact that there's a caveat: This will continue to happen IF WE DO NOTHING TO CHANGE IT.
So happy that someone *who understands the game* is out here trying to educate the ordinary person about their TRUE place in making change. I'm officially a new subscriber & hopefully you can come down to South Africa (which is where I'm from) and give a talk - especially to the banking & wealthy crowd who often have violent allergies to the idea of taxing the wealthy as a mechanism for closing the inequality gap. This is a particularly important conversation, given that I live in THE most unequal country in the world.

Enjoy your holiday Gary your voice is needed. Interesting that this was filmed about 2 weeks ago and it foreshadows exactly what's happening right now with the mention of immigration and farage.
As far as the TH-cam channel goes I think that it would be interesting and helpful for you to interview people. Politicians economists journalists all of the other people out there that engage with these ideas of political economy and to not only share where they're coming from but also engage in a discussion with them about where you're coming from and where everyone needs things to go. I also think on some level you need to become more politically engaged and potentially even run for office and start thinking about that so that you can have the spotlight of being an MP while your campaigning for the movement and your ideas at the same time.
If we need someone like you closer to the levers that need to be pulled then that's what we need. And we need to get you closer to the people that are close to those levers.

Maybe have a public feed that shows the revenue and outgoings of the channel, including salaries, equipment, marketing etc.
That would be amazing because then everyone who donates could see the balance sheet and how they were contributing. Plus, the primary themes of this channel are economics and politics, so adding revenue and costings would simultaneously have the transparency that politics SHOULD have and the figures to educate people on how a business works!!!

If wealth inequality is defined as richest 10% vs poorest 10% (or something like that) then you can tax the rich of course, but also improve take home pay for the poor (e.g. increase the personal tax allowance to 20k or even 25k). But it would be interesting to hear Gary’s view of the impact of immigration on inequality, as if you have unskilled immigrants competing for jobs with the “British” working class (whilst also filling up council housing) then a lot of people are going to end up on minimum wage (and unable to get a place of their own due to housing scarcity and increased rents). Sorry if that sounds “far right”, but there must be people caught up in this!

@sandworm9528 mass immigration is a problem though especially when those who enter do not have the same values to that of your country.
