    안녕하세요 오늘은 스팀레이어 케이크 반야렁을 만들어봤습니다.
    반야렁은 타피오카 전분과 코코넛 밀크 녹두 반죽으로 만든 베트남식 찜 케이크입니다.
    제가 그동안 동남아 간식들을 몇번 만들었을때 댓글로 많은 구독자님들이
    스팀레이어 케이크를 만들어달라고 많이 요청을 하셨더라구요
    근데 이 디저트 레시피가 워낙 다양해서 제일 간단한 방법이
    뭐가 있을까 찾고 또 찾다가 이제 영상을 올리게 되었습니다 :)
    판단잎은 인터넷에 판단잎, 말린 판단잎을 검색해서 구매하시면 됩니다
    생 판단잎보다 굉장히 쉽게 구매하실 수 있을거에요
    다만 건조잎이라서 그런가 생 판단잎보다 향이 덜하다는점은 참고해주세요 :)
    맛은 타피오카 전분과 우리나라식 떡의 중간 식감정도 될거같아요..!
    버블티처럼 엄청 쫀득하진 않은데 떡보다 더 쫀득한..?그런느낌이랄까..!
    맛은 코코넛 향이 팡팡 터지면서 끝에는 은은하게 판단잎의 향이 사르르 느껴지는게
    코코넛 좋아하시는 분들에게는 아주 강추드리는 레시피에요!

      Saeng님 영상 보니 쫀득함이 줄어든다고 냉장고에는 넣지말고 밖에 보관하라는데 유통기한은 따로 말을 안해주는 것 같아용👁👁

    This brings back memories from my childhood. To be honest I didn’t like the dessert, but I could never say no to the adults. And some of the other kids at parties and stuff would try to feed me this even though I didn’t like it. Good memories

    판단케이크를 한국에서는 거의 찾을 수가 없어서 늘 아쉬웠었는데 서담님이 만드시는 것만 봐도 너무 반갑고 먹고 싶네요ㅋㅋ 서담님의 타피오카와 판단을 사용한 레시피들 볼때마다 늘 배고파져요

    인도네시아~말레이시아 여행다닐때 저렇게 생긴거 진짜 길거리부터 백화점까지 다양하게 파는데 쫀득쫀득하니 정말 맛있었던 기억...ㅠㅠ

    I never thought pagan leaves dried could make such a pretty color, especially since the fresh leaves is so vibrant I wouldn't think the dried leave would have that The Matrix: Open Matte look

    There's a similar dessert in Vietnam, and since it's got lots of layers and kind of resembles pork skin, we call it "bánh da lợn", which literally translates to "pork skin 'cake' ", and there are thin layers of mashed mung beans in the middle of the layers.

    예전 태국인 룸메가 방학마다 태국 놀러가면 꼭 사줬던 디저트네요! 그때는 코코넛을 싫어할 때여서 굉장히 생소한 식감과 향에 맛없게 먹었던 것 중 하나ㅠㅠ

    we also have this similar kind of rice cake here in the philippines, it is called “sapin-sapin” which also translates to layers/layering because of the layers of different flavors and colors of the rice cake.

    If this was made in America the ingredients would be artificial flavor, high fructose corn syrup, and like 50 random chemicals 😆
    I like the way this was made. Beautiful, delicious, and the ingredients aren’t bad for a dessert 🧐👍

      I think that the closest American thing to this is those Neapolitan coconut candies, and even those are hard to find 😢 I would like to make this dessert sometime, it looks very yummy

    In Indonesia we called 'Kue Lapis' a.k.a layer cake. I was surprised to know that Vietnam has the same variety of cake as Indonesia, usually Indonesia and Malaysia have many of the same types of cakes. Seodam-nim i suggest you to make 'Biji Salak' because i saw a lot Korean youtubers in my country love it bc chewy + sweet savory taste

      Interestingly to know that all of Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thai have this same type of dessert. In Thai, it’s called Kanom Chan. Interestingly, how this kind of dessert goes around SEA? Lol

For me personally i don't care about their business as long as they can promote our culture tho (mutually benefit) it's proven that our country's company's products "mi goreng" can be easily found at convenience stores or supermarkets in Korea as well as our country's snack products

    Is this the same with thai dessert ? In thai we call “kanomchan” so like “chan-ชั้น” in thai is mean layer but i think in thai is look green more than this

    I was made to taste this for the first time at a Vietnamese friend's house, it's so good. It had a strange smell, but as soon as I tasted it, I loved it.

    kue lapis, my favourite growing up! grandma always bought pandan and chocolate after visiting the markets, but i never liked the chocolate one. pandan tastes so much better
