Probably the most beautiful looking cooking recipe video I've ever seen. The usage of natural white light shining through a clear glass saucepan is quite dazzling to look at, especially when there is a clear or colorful liquid being stirred inside. I honestly don't mind if the recipe is in another language, I can just enjoy watching what type of jelly dessert is being made and be perfectly fine.
Watching this is almost like recalling a childhood dream from the very fringes of your mind. It hearkens back to your imagination as a kid. And I'm just transported to a surreal dream world just WATCHING this. I love the fact the lighting invokes the feeling that this is being made in the moonlight of the night.

6. Make Night Sky Jelly liquid 2. Put water and sugar in a small pan and heat to dissolve. Add the softened gelatin sheets and mix until dissolved, then cool with ice water.
7. Pour the blue curacao syrup into the container from Step 5, add 100ml of Night Sky Jelly Liquid 2, pour into the mold, and chill in the refrigerator until it hardens.
8. Pour the remaining Night Sky Jelly into the mold and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours until it hardens.
9. Remove from the mold and apply edible silver foil. Serve with lemon sauce if desired.
