    타피오카 전분 300g
    쌀가루 100g
    코코넛 밀크 400ml
    물 300ml
    설탕 250g
    소금 1/2 작은술
    바닐라 시럽 1큰술
    판단잎
    Ingredients

    100g of rice flour
    400 ml coconut milk
    300ml of water
    250g of sugar
    1/2 teaspoon of salt

    진짜 서담님은 타피오카를 이용해 독특하고 예쁜 음식들을 잘 만드시는 것 같아요👍

    its soooo delicious, here in malaysia we called it kuih lapis. And it was layered by 2color. Red and white. This one lookssss sooooo yummmm!!!!!

      For the aroma from pandan leaf. Pandan has a sweet and fragrent smell can make food more inviting to eat. Some call pandan as a Southeast Asia vanilla. Pandan used commonly in Malaysia, thai, singgapore, brunei, and indonesia cuisine and dessert

      판단잎에 바닐라 향이 나서 외국 간식에서 향을 내는 용도로 사용하더라구요..! 외국 간식을 만들 때 제대로 만들어봐야겠다 싶어서 판단잎을 쓰는데 생 잎을 맡았을땐 정말 바닐라 향이 났고 조리를 하면 약간 달달 고소한 카라멜 팝콘 향이 나요!ㅎㅎ
