- In this Video Coach Ivan shows his team of wrestlers how you can use just one Bulgarian Bag to Increase your STRENGTH through a MAX repetition workout.
The Challenge.... Don't DROP the BAG.

Here are the rules:
1. 1 Max Set of Bulgarian Bag Spins
2. The Bag must always keep moving (no resting)
3. You can switch sides as you wish
4. Choose a medium size Bag weight
(most men will select a 26lbs bag, and most females will select a 17lbs bag)

Bruh. 100 reps with no break with that 26lb bag…. I have the 26 and 37. His grip is literally fucking ridiculous for that ability like I bet he can squeeze you like a pair of vice grips
