I would suggest "Murder mystery of Reporter" by Jaiprakash Jha. It's a wonderful book to read in the mystery detective genre, a must-read for mystery lovers. Unlike normal crime thriller this book doesn't focus on brutality of the crime but it focuses on mystery while talking about good food and traveling.

Personally I liked "The Silent Patient" the most, because of its strong buildup and storytelling that leads towards an unbelievable climax. One should definitely read it.
