This lady says that she got a pack (handover), but it was a completely new team because it was a new government. She should know that the UKgi and the civil servants are there for continuity to be carried on. Why did she not ask them about the Post Office? She is guilty of IGNORANCE.

So many levels of management on top salaries who have no responsibility nor accountability. Blame ‘the board’ and ‘portfolios’. “The impartiality aspect is important, always given in good faith”. Follow the advice. But what (did or) does she actually do? Anyone know?

There we go again: “ I can’t really remember” a phrase repeatedly used by witnesses. Another individual who was guilty of inertia, naivety- 😊and not really doing anything to ask serious questions. Unbelievable - she took her salary but she didn’t challenge the Post Office senior management. The whole system is rotten.
