The long lines in Asia no longer holds. I was in Osaka last week. The famed places promoted by TH-camr’s had very long lines. They were so bad, I’ve got enough material to make a video myself.
I respect that comment but if you don’t mind, please share some alternatives so that viewers reading this comment get some additional info out of it. I believe Mangwon is a great place to go (at least for me it was)

Thanks for subbing and hope some of my Seoul focused videos were useful. I have a comprehensive Seoul guide I put together that ties them all together. For my latest vlogging setup, yes, I just use my iPhone 15 Pro Max + DJI Mic + Wide Angle Lens on a gimbal. It’s a pretty simple setup but gets the job done for now.

That and the Beef Tartare were the 2 things I didn’t get to try due to time. I was bummed for sure! Definitely will next time or if you go first, let me know how it is! 😎
Gwangjang Market is going downhill quickly. Prices are too high and quality is going down. It is way too crowded on the weekends. Also some of the ajuma are so rude. I do not recommend it at all anymore. Some food items are double the price of other markets.

Plenty of videos from locals telling people to stay away from this tourist trap. This is why you should be skeptical of any recommendations from another tourist. 😂
Some people will only want to do what the locals say. Some people will only want to do pure touristy stuff because they are, after all, tourists. One travel plan that is suitable for one person may not be suitable for another. There is no right or wrong plan. If you don’t like my message or video, move on.
I commented to let other viewers know that it’s a tourist trap which you failed to mention. Of course, some people might still prefer to visit a tourist trap but it’s important to not hide such information. For some people, it’s expensive to travel and the last thing they need is being misled by someone’s advice. Typical problems with tourist trap: you get scammed, poor quality, expensive, etc.

I didn't experience any of the "typical problems" you mentioned during my visit, doesn't mean it doesn't happen though but I go off of my personal experience. I do know throughout the video comments are made about the crowds of tourists, long lines, and even close the video with a statement that for me, I think it's still worth visiting. GJ market is notoriously for expensive and unkindness in locals. Visit others.
There are other markets in Seoul for same street foods.

Went to Seoul last year and hit up all the night markets. The food were all disappointing
