Hey, Mike and Amelia! This one didn't sound too bad. I hate it when they involve stuff with the fish, like tomatoes or mustard. I'm okay with the oil since I have grabbed it from the store instead of the can with water a couple times in my life. It's awesome that Amelia is open to trying different food that makes most adults curl their noses. oral rehydration salts, sometimes you just knock it b ack dry then chase it with alot of water, vitamin C added to that. like this entree out of the Spanish rations, I now have a ca of it

Great video Mike, nice to see you bringing the family around. It’s good to see how the breakfast ration compares to the lunch or dinner portion. Good to see the combination. So I guess if you don’t get the breakfast ration that comes with a toothbrush you’re screwed and can’t brush your teeth, but still a good commodity because they at least give you a toothbrush
