    This is exactly what I was looking for. I had a simple black and white image I needed to be 3d to make a stamp. This was perfect.

    if... take a photo of the entire body or just the face it is possible to transform into ... printed object
    I need this solution to make full scale prints on styrofoam so I need to be able to transform the photo image and something productive

    The Insert tab is now gone. This is redundant.

      I suspect there is something wrong with your build of 3D Builder since the application would have no use without that tab. I just checked and the tab is indeed there. Hopefully you find out what's wrong with your install. Maybe uninstall and reinstall from the Windows store. Also Windows contains several apps to view 3D models. So possibly you are in a different one.

      I think you opened 3D Viewer not 3D Builder. Both by Microsoft, both built in, similar name but not same app. So the video is fine.
