CV Characteristics of MOS Capacitor

In this video, we have discussed about CV Characteristics of MOSCAP. MOS Capacitance is the series combination of oxide capacitance (Cox) and Silicon Capacitance (Cs). Though, oxide capacitance is constant, silicon capacitance changes with respect to the moscap region of operation, which indeed depends upon the applied gate voltage.
