GodTheAlmighty he is puts this stuff on about every video having to do with Latvia and universities. What he says is almost completely false and appalling. For him to think a group of people can be criminals is exactly what Stalin said. The government is not very good, I agree on that, but they are in no way communists. Latvians behave horribly towards Latvian Russians because they came to Latvia essentially replacing the ethnic population which was sent off to Siberia.
