The album is one continuous story and one continuous song instrumentally; I highly suggest listening to it from beginning to end in one go with the lyrics which kind of read out like a short story. If I recall correctly, the lyric PDF was like 33 pages and include the Odyssey to the Gallows monologues which should be listened to before the album (they were released together). I think Odyssey to the Gallows and Odyssey to the West together clock in at about an hour and 40 minutes long, lol.

STC has been my favorite band since i first heard "The Man With No Face" (song) an listened to it through and through 3 whole times before being 110% forever a fan. Their music is absolutely incredible and its a shame that Odyssey To The West was the last release and the breaking point for the band. Gareth and Jonah are now reviving the side project "Fissures" and it seems like Gareth is putting vocals in what was initially a instrumental project. I cant wait to see how that all turns out!

Persefone - "The Majestic of Gaia" or "In Lak'ech". An album I would recommend for you though, "Scryers of the Ibis" by Ovid's Withering. For another outstanding album, Persefone's "Spiritual Migration" or their latest album "Aathma", both are fantastically technical brilliance, yet are strangely quite relaxing. For a video or not, check them out, you'll thank me later.
