the higher the FOV the harder it gets to spot distant targets because everything gets stretched a little for you to see "around your screens corner". If you prefer long range spotting you should use a lower FOV.
What CPU do you have? This game is more CPU demanding. You still need a good GPU like yours, a 3080 because bad GPUs will bottleneck your CPU's performance. Same with a GPU a bad CPU brings down performance even if you have a good GPU.

I made all the settings and the game still works for me at 40 and 30 fps the game xddddd I have 16 gigabytes of ram and what the game asks for but I still have to play it on potato The fucking game is broken, whatever you do, you have to have a NASA PC for it to work at 150 fps, fluid, it's the real truth.

16 gb is the lowest of the lowest for the game you cant expect a game that is mostly memory and cpu based to give you good fps when you are on lowest specs that the game can run on good enough to be playible
Changing hover loot to a mouse button will mess with aim. Anything involving using a mouse button while aiming will mess with your wrist & grip stability, thus affecting your aim.

thats why he has a zoom in keybind and u should use highest FOV so you can see around you more
just dont use the command that makes the ak smaller, trust me
if u lower the fov further away things tend to disappear

ethernet cable or better wifi
If you're on wifi make sure you have 5.2ghz wifi adapter otherwise your bandwith is capped at around 30-50mbps

It’s been a month hope you’ve had success in fixing it but if not there’s a couple videos on it, you have to do some commands to help it.
make sure you install on an ssd to dramatically decrease loading times
