To get UNKNOWN graphics setting: Go in GeForce Experience, find Rust, click details, the wrench next to optimize, and drag the bar all the way down. Do that while Rust is closed and you should have the UNKNOWN graphics setting.

great settings b w -rate 144 it caps ur fps on that recommend doin 0 also -graphics.branding 0 removes uknown look in game

Does anyone know how I can solve an error I have with my processor and rust? What happens is that it works great for me in any other game and in Rust my processor goes to 100% I have a Ryzen 7 7700x, could someone help me solve this? I would appreciate
Hey do you mean in task manager? Usually this is fixable by removing rust as a high proiorty in settings if u need help js dm me on discord verty0001 ill respond and help u further!

i dont have NVIDIA and when i go download it from microsoft it says retry and it doesnt letting me download it
because you don’t have the graphics card go into settings and type graphics.quality -1 you can also try 0 it should do the same settings as unknown

did this last night worked great now my game is all fucked after restarting my computer. pixels keep flashing and the color changes

@@verty0001 I figured it out. When I did the GeForce slider it changed a ton of my settings in the game causing it to wig out. So I just went back into game settings and it got fixed.

It just drops the graphics to the lowest setting, like when you go to change it in the settings you get potato, low, medium, high, ect potato being 1 and high being 4, 0 would be nothing it would just look completely low resolution or it doesn’t do anything at all and just defaults to another preset setting like potato
Regardless don’t do it it’s pointless if you need to start doing shit like that to get the edge on someone it’s probably time to play a different game

btw for the recoil comp shit is horrible i used it for months i have 1.8k hrs and my recoil wasnt improving at all i turned it off it shaked less and worked better

the only thing that would change is the gc buffer 4080 or smth if u have 8 gb js don’t put it in the properties bar in steam it might decrease ur fps b besides that everything is fine

another way is using reshade! i made a video on it when you have to have windows 11 tho To use reshade and make things unblury you willy have to have the option adaptive sharpen on.
