Firebox stove, Condor Bushlore, Feather-sticks, One cup Percolator and fresh coffee. Just Relaxing

Today I decided to percolate some coffee using my Firebox twig stove and carve some feather-sticks like a pro. Hahahahaha Well the coffee was good anyways!

Thanks John. Using seasoned Maple made it very hard in make feathersticks, but I tried just the same. LOL The fire and coffee made it worth it.

I haven't used my firebox in a while.
Now I got the urge to fire it up.
Those feather sticks looked good to me.
I have always struggled making them.

Thanks for dropping in! Yeah I too struggle making them at times, but, I can only use the wood that I have on hand. I don't think seasoned Maple was a good choice. LOL I enjoy using my Firebox, Love the smell of burning wood. God Bless and thanks for leaving your comment.

Dominic with carving skills like I have,,,,,you have to have Band-Aids very close by. LOL I purchased the Hatchet on ebay about 4 years ago so that I could carve spoons and such. I do like the hatchet, it is sharp. One day who knows, I may turn out a spatula. LOL Have yourself a good weekend my friend.
