All I can say is, it's been one of those weeks! Poor Boo got really sick and has been in the vets on a drip and medication. She's recovering fast and we'll have her back tomorrow. I didn't post about it anywhere as it's upsetting to hear but she's doing really well now and will be jumping up at me for treats in no time. Have you ever heard of Fibber Magee and Molly? My mom listens to that when she can’t sleep. It’s an old radio program from the forties ( I think). You hit the nail on the head with this video. In both radio shows the commercials are strangely relaxing. Adding in all that we have learned through the years ( meditation, healing crystals and sounds, the power of quiet) and I’m in heaven. During the meditation, when you talked about the white light surrounding the space around me, I had originally envisioned the light of love. But, as soon as the light surrounded me, it went away and my boyfriend, the love of my life, was that light and surrounded me in a hug. I instantly smiled and the most joyful tears streamed down my face. Thank you Emma for this beautiful meditation and for making my love for my sweet boyfriend grow even stronger.

Okay first of all, I am completely shooked with the nature meditation. I used this yesterday when I couldn't sleep for hours! I listened to the nature meditation and I felt so relaxed. And I remembered you said that there is a white light that represents love and I was like "what light?" Then after a while I SAW THE WHITE LIGHT WHILE CLOSING MY EYES. I was like soooo shooked and I was like "what the hay is this magic?" After that I was so relaxed I closed my phone and finally slept. THANK YOU EMMA! Yoda best guuurl! ♡♡♡ (see what I did there?😂)

I adore you - and this is going to sound a bit cheesy - because my beautiful grandmother was British and listening to you takes me back to hearing her talk/read to me. Your voice/accent are very soothing and comforting.
I love watching your video’s it helps me you have a relaxing voice and a pure gentle nature It calms me when I’m suffering with depression I am also suffering with post traumatic stress disorder after giving birth very traumatic time for me!
But these videos help me to relax and start my day over and be more calm and relaxed.
