I once had to sneeze in a hallway in a north korean hotel, and as turned away from people to sneeze, I accidentally sneezed on a picture of Kim Jong-un instead. Anyway, I have to go back to my barrack now. They only allow me 5 min. of internet once every year here in concentration camp.
It isn't even proven that Otto took the poster. In the sham trial they showed a grainy video of someone taking a poster off of a wall. It could have easily been someone in Kim's regime. That being said, don't take a trip to North Korea to look at the bizarre country as if you are looking at animals in a zoo, which is what these tours are for. There is nothing on this planet that would convince me to step foot in that country.
