Really outstanding great points I was looking at Spain to teach English but I'm not sure when that will happen. Yeah the interest rates in the states are awful... Literally missed an opportunity to get into a house.😮

I'm curious if you've seen buyers from the states who've cashed out on high prices We had some people we know in different states who got a high ask for their house.

Yes, we have, and also taking advantage of the $€ exchange rates. The common theme we hear from buyers from the US is that they are disillusioned with the US political scene and they are looking for a safer place to raise their families.
