    I'm not gonna lie, I was dead set on buying in Marbella, but whoever is making the laws is high on smth, besides regular taxes (which I'm fine with, other people are not) there are wealth taxes, and taxes on international property? And then they go after you if you are sole owner of the business and consider it income tax. They basically treat you like a regular citizen (maybe even more aggressive), but without the privelege of a passport. Biggest trap I've ever seen, I'm stunned by people still considering spain (probably not doing the proper research) .. I go spend a month in the summer there but that's about it.
