Volcana was wasted in the DCAU after her debut. She was set up as a friend and potential love interest at the end. Superman's, Catwoman. They haven't even put her in the comics. Such a shame.

While I'm a bigger fan of Batman than Superman I do have to give credit where it's do the Man of Steel certainly had an awesome set of female rogues who you wouldn't want to take home to meet the folks but you wouldn't if many of them kept you out all night long. Always had a soft spot for Volcana, Live Wire, and even Roxy Rocket.

Need them to be adapted in live-action more. I'm sick of comic book adaptations neglecting opportunities for more villain women from the comics in the past 6 years who can be/stay as genuine problems for the heroes, let alone female heroes.

In the 90s legion of superheroes founder member lightning lad got renamed livewire.
Dc has a ton of amaizing female villains like Grail, Livewire, Chesire, Katana, Volcana, Killer frost, Copperhead (female version) yet when it comes to make stories about dc villains they always choose Harley queen (which at this point she is dc's worst character)
You forgot to mention Cheetah and even Veronica Cale for that matter
