I seen a post on reddit earlier that said because of the state of the wall one home owner could have it replaced and if the other home owner doesnt want to pay they can be sued in small claims court for half the wall price. I assume the wall has to be in pretty bad shape for that happen and why wouldnt you just want to pay to have it done if it increases property value and looks better?

Under what circumstances would it be bad to wet set and get sag? With retaining walls we always let the foundation sit and cure a bit per plans.

I just extended my block wall, we used 8x8x16 blocks, very stout wall. Didn’t need a permit so no inspection, not sure why.
