It takes some real science to make a wall, for sure. It is going to look fabulous when done.

Under what circumstances would it be bad to wet set and get sag? With retaining walls we always let the foundation sit and cure a bit per plans.

I was exposed to massive amounts of silica dust without knowing or protection while drilling holes for housing and blowing out the holes with compressed air now I am trying to get a Whole Lung lavage to SAVE MY LIFE and remove the silica dust in my lungs before it's too late please spread awareness about a possible hope for removing the silica dust from lungs before it causes fatal damage

9:30 cutting the roots on the palm tree weakened it so when there is a storm or heavy rains it could topple over.

Hey sir, have you ever ran into a problem where rain made the soil to soft for you to pour a footing? I live in the OC and with all this rain the inspector put a hold on our block wall until the soil is dry. In the meantime I’m without a fence. Just wondering how long it takes before we can move forward and if there’s anything to speed up the drying process. Enjoy the channel by the way, you do a lot of good work. Going to hit you up soon for some quotes.

What is the real reason you wet set the first course? Is it purely a time and efficiency purpose or do you believe it gives you more lateral strength? Thanks for the videos. Very informative.

    • @blazinthat7439

Most of the time yes. I seen a post on reddit earlier that said because of the state of the wall one home owner could have it replaced and if the other home owner doesnt want to pay they can be sued in small claims court for half the wall price. I assume the wall has to be in pretty bad shape for that happen and why wouldnt you just want to pay to have it done if it increases property value and looks better?

    • @OdellCompleteConcrete
