I would appreciate prayer . I am struggling at work. I don't like my job, but I feel too old to change work and still have to pay bills. It is hard on my mind and my body. I am grateful for a job but that is the nicest thing I can say about it. I pray for my faith to be grown because I do believe I'm supposed to be there. I've already made personal convictions since being there. So I believe this is to grow my faith because it seems impossible to meet the expectations at work.
I know where you are coming from. Lord please help us both on our job to excel and do well. Show us our purpose for the position and give us motivation, consistency and drive to get the job done. In Jesus mighty name Amen!
I am retired but working jobs has always been up and down. The Lord gave me a promise of Jeremiah 29:11. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future.”
Verse 12 & 13 are important also. Because you also need to seek Gods with all your heart and He will answer you.
I’m 72 years old and testify that He is faithful to our trusting in His Word. God has perfect timing. He answers prayers. And He will do it for you. Listen again to the wonderful prayers in this video. I am grateful for God’s presence and He will hold me in His hands.
Your never too old , I've been in the same industry since 1994 and since August of 2024 I started committing myself to a whole new industry and it hasn't been perfect but I'm making some headway . Also I have been thinking about this change for almost 5 years (October 2019). It would never leave my heart and mind so hear I am taking a chance and a leap of faith if you will.. So I say too you that if there is something your interested in. Start taking small steps in seeing how you can make that other way of providing for you and your family into a reality. By not trying if that is your desire is the disservice to yourself no matter how long it takes if it is truly that you feel the desire in your gut,heart and mind strong enough that it's almost like a scream within you that only you can hear that is trying to get out. Listen to that scream,voice of reminder. Don't be afraid of the work , the way will open up for you as you keep moving in that new direction. We are all children of God and regardless of how tapped into him we maybe,we are always being guided by him we just have to take time to listen to that guidance ,act on it and as we do it will become louder and clearer and the path or the way will become illuminated and brighter everyday and others may not understand it but you do and God does and that is all that matters. I hope you the best on your journey, it is truly the only thing that gives us the motivation and inner strength to continue on in this life while we have life and by you moving into your true self you will be surprised how at some point you will be encouraging someone else to take the same steps like you took one day. This is why we as children of God serve each other especially if you don't have a overly strong spiritual calling , our life's journey itself will at a time when you least expect it to be the testimony that will breathe life into another child of God who needs that at the proper moment...... This is I believe very strongly, we are hear for each other, we all origin as the from the same Power Source no matter our Race, Religion ,Region or Reason.....We are connected regardless and we need each other so I wish you well if you decide to Stay Put or to Step Powerfully.......
