This sort of thing is fun to think about but, there’s a bunch of things that don’t make sense with this idea. Now, I hope this doesn’t come off as hate but, the BIGGEST thing wrong with this is the characters and their motivations. Gohan is a very talented fighter but, he doesn’t have the obsession of being the strongest like vegeta or the immense love of battle like goku does. Sure, he might take it seriously for a bit when world ending danger is imminent but, that’s as far as he goes. He studies hard and devoted his time to his family because he genuinely loves to. The way this idea is structured comes off as sort of “gohan wish fulfillment” since, I’m guessing he’s your favorite character and just ignores who he actually is as a character. Nothing wrong with that, just something to think about. keep up the good work!
you missed one detail: Videl. If Gohan became the protector of Earth he'd most probably never meet her, and even if that were the case, age difference due to time chamber would ensure they wouldn't be in the same class and none of the "saiyaman arc" would happen. You may think it's not that important, but actually without Videl there wouldn't be Pan, and without Pan there wouldn't be any God saiyan.
One more small detail would be, Gohan is, at the end of the day, a half saiyan. Therefore, his potential is limited and growth is slower than other Saiyans. This also entails the limitations of the saiyan zenkai boost.
He also forgot to that its impossible for them to be the chamber for a year. The time chamber doesnt have a capacity limit. It has a food storage limit. Especially 3 saiyans
if gohan trained more then he studied in high school, then did he even meet videl. if he didnt' meet videl then she wouldnt be pregnant with pan which means there would've been no ritual becuz they need another saiyan.

TBH I love this, and I like it a lot more as it gives certain characters more purpose, but I have to disagree with the double transformation. The reason that Goku could go SSB Kaioken was because Kaioken isn't a transformation, it's a technique that can be learned by anyone (most people just can't survive the technique due to the huge strain). And Gohan has been shown to use his ultimate/mystic (ultimate sounds cooler so i prefer to use that) after his Super Sayian transformation showing that they're not able to be used at the same time
But, what about Videl and Pan? Videl had to have been at Bulma's party and pregnant for anyone to become Super Saiyan God! Otherwise, they would have been a Saiyan short!

Okay I agree with up until the Universe 6 & 7 battle arc as even if he fought four other fighters none involved his SSGSSB form so his stamina would be fine and Goku like in the normal show, but being stronger as in your words, would still be beat Hit due to using the same tactics as in the show. I get you did it for the purpose of making Gohan stronger but you shouldn't down play Goku's strength when in the tournament.
