    I built one of these from scratch recently and it works way better than I ever thought it would. I’m surprised I don’t see these things all over the place. Great video Neil!

    I have a Danuser Intimidator tree puller and I only had to pull a few trees to realize that I wouldn't mind having a bigger screen to prevent damage to the front window. That said, I like the jaws on the Danuser better than the ones shown here and I also like that the Danuser also has a gap in part of the teeth to allow better grabbing of bigger trees.

    Hey guys! Whats the best way to dig a shallow trench to divert water from a "wet" area of a field if I only have a loader? I do own a rear blade as well, but wondering if you guys had any quick and easy suggestions! Thanks!

    • @chucks4328
      @chucks4328 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      If you're just looking at digging a small trench a plow on the back of your tractor might suffice. Smaller ones can be bought relatively cheap at auctions. Your back blade also will work. Most blades can be tilted to dig a small trench on one end. Even if the blade doesn't tilt you can lower one side of your tractors three point for the same effect.

    • @gus473
      @gus473 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Consider pressing down some old straw, mulched leaves or even pea gravel in the bottom of your new drain trench, so it doesn't run TOO fast! Surprising how fast they can silt up! Then get grass seed in it as soon as it's warm enough. Don't ask how I know.... ಠಿ_ಠ

    Can you answer why equipment dealers are so secretive on pricing? Why cant you spec something online and see the cost of options like you can for a vehicle? Everything posted for sale is usually "call dealer for pricing" this may have been answered before. I just dont get it.

    • @MessicksEquip
      @MessicksEquip  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You kinda can with some stuff, but the bottom line is our sales are really complicated. Till we get a base unit, tires, ballast, accessories, implements, shop time for install, etc. Its too complex to boil down to a point and click. The few point and click things the industry has tried don't work very well.

    TREE KILLER!

    • @kubotaoz6108
      @kubotaoz6108 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You got that right. 7 football fields a minute 24-7 365 of land clearing, tree clearing, vegetation. The big boys who is in charge of this tree slaughter look the other way. It’s all about money. When the dinosaurs roamed planet earth their was 37 percent of oxygen in the atmosphere. At the present it’s at 17 percent. Covid could be put on the back burner when people who are walking down the street drop dead because of suffocation. Trees produce the air we breathe, or use to🥺
      Be careful and stay safe 😀

    I dont know about that attachment on that unit..the machine is too light, as your back came way up off the ground. No thanks. I'll stick to excavators for safety reasons.

  • @Ghoststalker777
    @Ghoststalker777 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    An excavator does the exact same thing. I'd rather just push trees over with the bucket, this thing is pointless and just another gimmick attachment that no one needs.
