    Darn you Brock! You’ve got me so confused! LOL. That was awesome. I was convinced I needed an excavator next to pull trees, and move ground…. Now the more I see you do with your track loader, the more I wonder if that should be the next big piece to get!!! Aaaaaaahhh!!!!! That tree puller attachment is so much more successful than I thought it would be. Cheers! --J.Andre.

      I good heavy track loader and a a good operator you can do a lot with them. I pulled way bigger trees out with a tree puller then i thought i would and faster and less soil remover then excavator.

      @@johnunsicker7440 - that’s a great point. I thought I was seeing the root balls hold less soil than I thought they should have… but I figured I was just kinda imagining that and that was just Brock’s rocky ground - not the equipment! Thanks for that info!

    A friend of mine has a tree puller and he gave me a great tip. Clamp it and drive forward will help rip it out easier. Idk if that works better or not. I'm definitely getting one of these.

    I looked at the Precision puller for my invasive species littered farm. I wound up buying a CL Fab with the grapple/can guard. As your business grows I’d highly recommend checking out the CL Fab unit. The 60 inch jaw opening sold me because I have so many multi stemmed trees to remove. Keep at it! Your track loader was an awesome investment in your company and its future growth!

    “Real nice Clark”. Great combo JD/Tree puller 👍🔥. Did you see the hydraulic leak that Good Works Tractor had on his JD skid steer?? He talked like the cause was a weak spot in the design of the High Range hydro lines under the cab rubbing holes in the line. Watch hi last couple video to get the scoop. He talked like it is something that Deere knows about and needs to fix Just a heads up!! Stay cool this week!!

    I can’t believe how easy that is. Does it work on the tractor too

    • @rgd2598
      @rgd2598 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It won’t on Brock’s Deere as they have different attachment types on the loaders. And I’m thinking the skid steer is probably twice the lift capacity over his Deere. Plus those tractor tires won’t be as planted on the ground as the tracks are. Maybe a larger 5 series Deere with skid steer attachment configuration might do ok. But they are gear tractors and as such… might be hard on the clutch.

  • @johnunsicker7440

    nice work once you get the hang of pulling them you be really amazed at what it can do. I used one 2 years ago clearing a ditch bank. You're right the type of tree and the soil condition plays a big role at the size you can pull. I could walk up to a 5-to-6-inch diameter tree and really just pull it right out. Bigger ones I had to work them a little more. I pulled 8-to-12-inch diameter trees with it. Trick is to grab the tree about 6 to 8 feet up and push and pull the tree to break the root and then grab lower and pull the tree out. I was shocked at what you could pull out with it. It was faster doing it with the skid steer and puller the excavator. Gehl 190 pulled 4-inch tree like weeds a Gehl vt320 8-inch tree was easy to pull. Did a few 10- and 12-inch diameter as well. Main thing is when you get the bigger trees to have a spot planned out where you want it to go and move to that area and just release the tree and not try to lay it down.

    Shoot …. Jethro…. That was amazing! What is your JD 325 rated lift and curl capacity? Vs 333? I guess I just need to go over to the Deere site. Since your playing today. This video sure woke me up to possibilities!!! I have a little under 30 acres with at least 15 acre of tree / scrub that I want to thin out in areas. ( can’t get rid of all my deer habitat). This beats a forestry mulcher since you don’t have to worry about stobs and tractor tires. Nor worry about suckers growing back out of stumps. Thanks Superior manufacturing and Brock for exposing this tool to us. Now I need to dun all those ner’do’wells that owe me money. If I can borrow the remainder from Brock…. I’ll get mine ordered.

    Great piece of equipment but it's hard for you to control that high idle I noticed, but you kind of need it so it has the power so you need some practice in that John Deere I would say, as it's extremely jerky and you need to be a little easier on the controls would have a little finesse with it maybe hold the joysticks farther down on the handle themselves like on the bottom of the joystick put your hand down there makes it harder to move the joystick but it makes it so you're not so jerked cuz you're putting too much fluid you're pushing too hard on the damn Hydraulics is what I'm saying you need a little practice no offense I'm not trying to put you down I'm just saying you could run that thing a lot more smoother there's a lot more finesse being Jerky like that's not good for it obviously or your body
