Great video! Very simple fix that is not mentioned anywhere in the manual or labeled on the unit. I spent 36 hours researching until I found this video. Thank you!!!
Amazingggggg! Thank you so much! Simple& informative! I turned that knob and heard the sound and got too scared and left it alone and watching your video, now I know I had the right one. Thank you so much! Warm house tonight! 😁👍
Thanks so much. I was about to call someone to come out. This video helped me add pressure to my water heater in just a couple minutes without having to trial and error myself
You are the WOMAN!!!! If you were here and we weren't in the middle of a pandemic I would kiss you (in a very respectful, thank you very much kinda way, lol). Honestly, thank you so much, been taking freezing cold showers for a week waiting on an HVAC guy to show. Couldn't take it anymore and consider myself an extremely handy person so I took the internet. Read manuals, even called the manufacturer and no one able to help. Your vid had me back up and running in less than a minute!!!! Thank you again and please keep posting! If I can ever help you with car or boat repair please contact me and I will do my best.
Not too bad. The valve you use to drain water not everyone will have in same location or piped same way. There is a sure way to do it where everyone has same location with these Baxi Luna 310s,right at 3:33 there is a small white drain valve right behind and above the gauge that shows water pressure. You can turn the cap of drain valve there and water will drain from boiler. Set up bucket underneath till gauge reads zero meaning no more water in boiler. Close cap and fill boiler the way you say to with the red stem. NICE AND SLOW being ready to turn off flow into boiler as soon as needle just about hits edge of green pie (1.5ish). Too much water you'll blow pressure relief valve. Yes,the valve under boiler that is yellow is gas, leave that alone. Good job though, very brave. A "10E" code on control panel is low water and use red stem again to add water to boiler if ever code pops up.
The yellows the gas tap and the blues the cold water inlet. Both the outter left and right pies need to be turned off. The white pipe which looks like a drain under the right side of the boiler is the drain. In most cases the front cover needs to be removed to drain the boiler. If anyone reading this overpressurizes their boiler. Just drain it from a radiator, slow but safe.

All the technical, official, manuals, troubleshooting guides could not help me. Tammy, however, could and did. Thank you Tammy!

Yes! Love that. Although definitely monitor to see if the problem keeps happening. It may mean a part needs to be replaced.
Thank you! I watched 3 or 4 before getting to yours. The others had dark screens and I couldn't see what was happening. You used your light!!! 😊
