Wait, you made that beanie?! Also... FIRST.
you're such a silly goo xD
Being a jack of many trades but master of none is so much fun! It allows you to continually learn and have fun!! Embroidery to help you personalize your clothes would be so cute. So many ways to make your things unique. I LOVE your kitty ear hat, and doing it in 2 colors was a fantastic idea. I need to make that next!!
So true 🥰 show me how it turns out! ig @ nadia.s.studio
I've never met a craft I didn't HAVE to try :)
"A large chunk of my happiness comes from learning." Yes! Thats human nature❤
Absolutely 🥰
As the full saying goes : “a jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one.”
Happy new year, can't wait to see all your art adventures!
Happy new year to you too :)!
Being a jack of all trades is so much fun! I crochet, draw, paint, embroider, sometimes sew, do clay stuff, weave (even though I suck at it), woodwork and sooo many others, such as survival/prepping, foraging and can food/grow my own! I love all of them soooo much!!
I used to knit, but it was too hard having multiple loops on my needle at all times was too hard for me! Same reason as to why I dislike tunisian crochet....
Wow you have so much on your plate, I’m jealous! Keep it up ❤️
i totally understand the urge to learn so many skills - i do it too! i just got my sewing machine out and my goal is to make a shirt i'm happy with this year. also something i wish more people knew and took to heart is the full quote "jack of all trades, master of none, is oftentimes far better than a master of one"
Never knew the full quote :D go team jack of all trades
I can’t relate I sew crotchet draw paint sculpt make jewelry design digital art and many more
It's been on my bucket list for the longest time to learn to sew my own clothes and I thought it wasn't possible for me. I don't know why but I was making clothes for my daughter's doll when my son asked me to make him something. And I don't know what it was, but I overcame some kind of block because after I sewed him a shirt I went on to make hoodies, pants, and shirts for the whole family! I even made a collared shirt for my husband. It makes me so happy to finally be able to make clothes.
I think it's so cool you want to learn other art mediums. I love to crochet but that's about the only artistic bone in my body lmao
You do you queen, you're so amazing at crocheting and I love watching your videos!! 💕🧶
Nah im sure you can channel your artistic energy into other things as well 😋 you dont have to if you dont feel like it tho ❤️ crochet is more than enough
Love how you are adding beauty to your life, one stich at a time. Feeling "big sister" proud. 👏👏👏💓
That's right ;D
I also am exploring watercolor this year. Just got my Amazon order in last week. I also want to make another latch hook rug. I made one when I was a teenager, many years ago. There are some really beautiful kids online. I also used to macrame and asm hoping to fit that in. Best wishes for you in 2024!
I loooooove that chair cushion. So smart and functional!
We here I've watched all your vids I can say I was here when she had 4k subscribers when you become more famous
i will always appreciate your support :)
I would love to see watercoloring on your channel!!! As someone who loves watercolors, I love seeing people who are experiencing the medium.
Noted! 😊
I love the beanie! I was unsure about making one but now im sold!
Go for it :D
i love her videos sm,they really have a calming vibe
this year i finally want to crochet a sweater because I always was too scared to mess it up; I also want to start knitting, my friend randomly taught me how to knit and now I'm really motivated! :D
Good luck with your goals and thank you so much for your inspiring videos! 🥰
Go for it! and thank you 🥰 show me how it turns out in the end
"Jack of all trades, master of none, is still better than a master of one" Being a jack is such a positive thing and it makes me so sad to hear you beating yourself up for it. Keep doing what your doing and be kind to yourself!
That was in the past tho haha dont worry i enjoy it to the fullest now ❤️
@@NadiasStudio that's good. I'm glad 😊
hearing you talk about crafts and learning more is inspiring! Im studying fine art at uni and got a bit jaded…so I started learning crochet to keep creative without putting pressure on myself… hearing you want to learn watercolours and be excited about all the other areas you mentioned, and just letting yourself be taken by the wave of your desires..makes me wanna be more chill myself and just make whatever i feel like doing.
I love to hear it
@@NadiasStudio aww thanks so much ♡ right back at you
I freaking love the beanie! Definitely adding it to my crochet list, lol XD
Your room looks so comfy, and everything you made it absolutely beautiful! I love the blanket on your bed as well. The frog on the mic was a nice touch too!
I've tried to make my room a little crafting sanctuary. The frog is one of my favorite touches too! 🥰
I love the jack of all trades quote because not many people know that it's actually "a jack of all trades and master of none, is far better than a master of one" and it just sums me up so well and is so relatable
ahhh I'm so excited!! i love you videos:)
Thank you! :D
I’m so glad you posted again! ❤
yay! a new video!
❤️
I yay your back ❤❤❤
Yippeee!
woohooo!! ❤❤❤❤
I’ve been learning punch needle and rug hooking. I’ve tried felt needle and this yard I’m going to focus on embroidery.
I’d love to see how your work turns out :)
It’s very cute❤️❤️❤️
I don’t normally comment on TH-cam videos but I just wanna say I watched your first video (and every one since) and I love your content. I’m glad you have so many subs you deserve it. You are also very relatable. I also want to learn lots of crafts and look forward to your next video! ❤
Sweet comment from a sweet friend
Oh my goodness!!! I’m so excited to see you make clothes!!! I’m looking forward to your videos in 2024!!!
Yay! Thank you!
Congratulations! 😍
Thank you!!
This video was so calming and I love all the things you made!! 4.0mm is also my favorite hook size and I love collecting hobbies and learning new crafts 😊 I have a sewing machine and a circuit and really wanna learn to use both well
I’m in love with all the projects that you did
Yay! Thank you! I’ll look into needle felting, can’t have enough interests 😅
I love watching your videos. I was having a really bad day but then I watched this video and it made me feel so much better, you have a really calming voice. Love your work and I look forward to seeing more❤
You are so welcome! Your comment made my day
You are my favorite channel ❤ I love your content Nadia!!! Happy new year🎉
Happy new year!! and thank you 🥰

Omg, how awesome new video❤ I love watching you, I feel so comfy and also I love crocheting while watching🫶 it's perfect combination🤗
Thank you so so much ❤️ i really enjoyed making this video😋
yesss, dive into all the crafts! I have a similar goal this year for me personally and my channel. Just learning new things and making all the fun stuff is so exciting. :D
that's the plan!
@@NadiasStudio omg, aw thank you! anytime, super excited to see what you make this year!
I would love watching you sew too!
Omg... I'm soo like this too. I wanna learn EVERYTHING!! Which is why i even made a channel.
I just found your channel and this video is so calming
Omg yaaay!! Hopefully we get to finally make our own clothes this year🥰
Great video. I love the feeling of finally being able to do a new skills after the initial struggle. Every time it feels good and it’s a great thing to have multiple skills. The hobbies you want to get into all sound great and I would be interested in too! 😊
Couldn't agree more! 😋
yay! im so excited you posted again!! i was working on a cute cardigan for myself while i watched, and one of my new year's resolutions is to make more stuff for myself! i also do embroidery and it is very fun, although the different kinds of stitches can be a little confusing at first. id say to buy a kit to start off because they usually come with everything you need and there are a bunch of different kinds with cute patterns! i also sew and it is a fun hobby but can be kinda expensive! i sooo excited to see more vids! 💙💙
I'm glad you're doing some self-care this year. 🥰 Thank you for watching
Those came out so cute! I really love the mushroom jewelry holder. I can't wait to follow you on your journey. My craft goals this year are to make my presents for Christmas. So far I have a few crochet and cross-stitch plans.
Thank you! Making your own Christmas presents sounds like a great plan. 🥰🥰
hi friend!!! i’ve been learning about tatreez & cross-stitch embroidery through my activism for Palestine and it has been so therapeutic & fun. the history & use of cross stitch across cultures is fascinating to me! thank you for these videos, i’m having fun binge-watching them & making a cart at Michael’s to try out crochet 😂♥️
That’s beautiful. I wish you the best of luck with it!
I LOOOOVVVVEEEEE YOURRR VIDEOSSSSSSS
Thank youuuu🥰🥰
I love the idea of new crafts and the expectation that maybe I can learn some of them too after watching your videos. For me 2024 its all about learning carving or whittling
yeeeeess! I want all my friends to learn with me on this journey, this studio is open to all, especially frogs n cats. excited for your 2024 journey!!
It’s always a great day when Nadia posts
One of my goals for the new year is to actually finish a crochet project! I picked it up about a month ago and have already learned how to have multiple projects on the go haha!
You make great videos, I’m surprised at how few you have! I’m not sure if you have done this in the past on a different platform but your editing is very smooth and you have a natural presence in front of the camera. As everyone else has said, you have such a calming energy and it is a joy to watch. If this really is only your 8th video you have a real talent!
Excited to see what other crafts/hobbies/mediums you pick up too this year! Thanks for sharing ❤
Thank you for your sweet words, I just got started, your support and comments mean the world to me! ❤
I recently found your channel and has been binge watching almost everything while making a blanket for my best friend upcoming baby haha. I hope you know that any content you decided to make i will still make it my companion while im crocheting or knitting. Hope you have a wonderful year ahead and thank you for spreading your energy ❤❤❤
This warms my heart🥹🥰 thank you so much for your support ❤️ im glad i’ll have you around here :)
I’m looking forward to seeing where this channel goes I love all things creative, I feel the same way I have gone from pencil sketches, to paint to crochet which I’m currently fixated on haha I’m currently making that patchwork quilt pattern which is a funny coincidence :D
Thank you so much! ❤️
I really love making long-time projects like clothes and I don’t know why but I just love it more than amigrumi (I don’t know how to write but it’s stuffed dolls and animals etc)
Long-term projects are so satisfying 😍
i am also interested in many skills other than crotchet like i wanted to try knitting, embroidery and get back into painting love your channel btw🎀🎀✨
🥰🥰🥰
You are really amazing Nadia. This year I don't have any plans to learn new things, but I want to improve all my hobbies.
Im sure you’ll be able to do that ❤️
As of now I only have 22 projects on my queue list!! :D Haha, I know that's a lot, but hey, it's with yarn I already have, so at least I can make them right away. Compared to the list of things I want to make eventually (in the hundreds), 22 is not that bad lol However, none of those include the amigurumi and accessories I want to start making for my own business! I've wanted to crochet/knit more than a hobby for a while, and I think this is the year to do it! I just need to save up money to get the quality yarn I want :') Looking forward to what you make in the New Year and good luck to us both!!
yesss, no better time to start than now :D
Oh my goodness I so relate to being too lazy to wash my hair and if I don't see something it stops existing!
True story: My husband tells his coworker that my current hyperfocus is sewing. She says, isn't that just a hobby? A week later he shows her he's wearing a shirt I sewed him and she asks how long I've been sewing clothes. "About a month?" he says. "Ah, "she says, "I see what you mean about hyperfocus now."
Omg that’s hilarious 😂😂 people just dont actually grasp how much someone is committed to the craft
I'm going to focus on practicing my crochet and maybe make an attempt to get back into creative writing.
love the content! also wondering about your filming equipment, you have such fun angles and i love the sound of the mic you use :)
Glad you're enjoying it 🥰. I shoot with my iPhone and the mic is a Fifine mic not sure which model. It's cheap and gets the work done :D
I just finished my first sweater while watching this video. I also do many different crafts, like painting, water color, crochet, and macrome friendship bracelets.
Yipppeeeee! I'd love to see how it looks :) Share it with me on instagram? It's @ nadia.s.studio
I know what I'm using some leftover velvet yarn for. That beanie turned out incredible. I'm going to try to learn tattooing on practice skin and oranges and stuff, this year.
Tattooing, cool :D
i just started crocheting in december so im a beginner at crochet and this year i really want to master or at least know how to do amigurumi bc there's so many cute things i can make from it🥰 also im very much looking forward to commenting been here since 12k subs bc i feel like your channel is going to blow up soon hehe good luck to us!
Thank you so much! 🥰 I'm happy you started, you'll be doing all you can imagine in no time I'm sure
Im excited to see what crafts and hobbies you learn this year. for me I'm taking an online crochet class to make stuffed animals Im a knitter so that's totally new to me
I'm excited for you too!
I am going to make a junk journal. I have been collecting bits and bobs for over a year to do so. Also I will use fabric with Amigurumi.
NOW I am going to make a cat beanie! Thank you for your lovely content. From An old crafter in Virginia Beach USA.
I just looked up “junk journals” and it sounds very interesting ! Im sure that’ll be like a treasure to have
I would really like to make as many cardigans (both crochet and knit) as I can this year. I love wearing them and they come in some many interesting shapes and designs. I also want to start sewing again. I have a younger sister, so I will practicing making clothes for her on a small scale before undertaking larger projects probably next year 2025. Super excited to see what other crafts you share!
yippeee! I'm sure your sister will love all that practicing 🤣
i am SO PLEASED TO SEE THIS VIDEO!!!!
I hope you’ve enjoyed it 🥰
I love that you just went ahead and named every single craft that I want to learn/get better at haha. I‘m currently working on a couple of (and hear me out, these don‘t have a name, I am making one up) Beerglassholder necklaces for my mom and her friends. Also, mushroom chapstick holders to sell at school. Otherwise, the only big 2024 project planned, is to finish my granny square blanket :)
All the other crafts will have to wait till I have time for them. I am glad that somebody else is also embracing the jack of many trades personality, just like me :D
We're kindred spirits 🥰
I love how relaxing your videos are and how I can just crochet along with you. I want to learn (and afford) punch needling this year. It seems the most interesting to me besides crocheting, which I've been obsessed with. Also your earrings are beautiful, where did you get them from?
Thank you so much ❤️ im glad you enjoy my videos 😋😋 as for the earrings, the start and crescent earrings are from swarovski, but the rest of them are gifts 😊
Happy New Year 🎉 Really looking forward to what you'll bring to us for this year!
As for me, I'm also the type to want to learn as many meduims as possible, but sadly it's pretty hard to be an artist in my city, so I'm only limited to painting and crochet 😅 Still I hope to be able to start making crocheted cosplay, as exhausting as it may be!
well if life gives you lemons :D Happy new year, hope you get to do as much art as you could possibly want :)
@@NadiasStudio Thank you ❤️!
Again Love your video!
Yipppeeeee, I'm excited for you :D
I love your videos
im so glad to hear this, I feel the same way, I'm just naturally a little bit slower and more relaxed and I'm so happy to share that same attitude towards life with people like you who can enjoy it and get it, the internet is indeed full of craziness, but we can take life one loop at a time
I love ur video's so much😊❤ sad that my notifications have been acting up 😢

Love love this! I will watch any of your content, learning new art and watching you make clothing would be lovely🥰 but don't leave crochet behind! 😢❤
yippeee! thank you 🥰❤ never leaving it >:D
I am also starting to learn pottery and if you want to try it without too much investment you can do small figures with air drying clay and varnish it and it looks so cool
Yeah i was actually thinking about that as a start… and maybe another time ill try pottery
You should totally try polymer clay! I’ve seen crochet hooks decorated with polymer clay and they are adorable! I’ve already bought a couple packs from michaels and already playing with it!
I'll check it out 😊
scheepjes Hygge cal 2017 is embrodory with crochet and its a scarf :):

Thank you so much!! Best of luck! So many people out there to learn from :D
This is incredible ☺☺
❤️
I don't know why but I snort-laughed really hard at "I don't have cats"
😂😂
i really want to get into knitting but i honestly dont know where to start. Thats how i felt about crocheting though lol
I know how that feels :') Just throw yourself into it, don't overthink it
I found this video very helpful tbh th-cam.com/video/UHlsW0wI144/w-d-xo.htmlsi=i6RVeE76p1r6inx6 give it a go :)
I want to become a better knitter, I would like to dive into learning how to paint. But I don't know if I'm going to have the time to
Take it easy and do it one baby step at a time 😋
currently crocheting cute things to sell at school fair :)
yippeee best of luck 🥰
Nadia, they say "You can't teach an old dog new tricks."
I don't agree. Probably because I'm considered "an old dog."
Even though I'm turning 60 in Feb 2024, it is STILL my desire to learn
how to knit this year. Crochet is my thang, but it doesn't have to be my ONLY thang, does it?
You can absolutely learn knitting! I gave up on it the first time i picked it up, but a few months later i picked it up again and it got easier with time ! You can do it❤️ also my birthday is also in February :)
Happy early Birthday!!@@NadiasStudio

Capcut :)
tbh i have LOTS of raandom skills. to the point that if someone needs something, they usually ask me and I just know.
Couldn’t be me, my crochet list has 278 things on it….
a few more wouldn’t be so bad 😏
