Sticking to some imagined rules causes stress and resentment, just as you said.please continue as you are, I really enjoyed it. 😊 I have been avoiding crochet for a while as I feel burned out but, this might make me dip my toe again!

I'm working on two projects right now! A vest and a granny square pillow case, both with fun gradient yarns. The vest takes forever as the yarn is very thin, so I decided to switch it up a little bit. The mushroom projects you made look so fun, I wanna make a mushroom for myself too!
i just want to say your yarn stash is WONDERFUL and i love it! i hate seeing huge yarn stashes full of yarn that will likely never get used all because the yarn was bought because it was *pretty* instead of with a project in mind

I had a thought, if you wanted to try to make the mushroom earrings, you could try using embroidery floss or crochet thread and then they’d be smaller and lighter (and super cute!). 12:09 Currently making a leg bag! It is coming together quite quickly, and using up some of my mom's stash (she used to own a yarn shop, so it is ALOT). Found this awesome suede yarn and doing some intricate intarsia on the front and flap, just now making the leg attachments and i'm done! I've been trying to finish projects lately, i think i have like, 8 sewing projects on the back burner... so i'm crocheting to forget and come back to them with a fresh mind and new ideas!

I just finished making the lip balm mushroom 🍄 for my nieces. I also made the frog market bag but it was small so I took the mesh off and made it a bag charm. Have to try the rug pattern as it looks fun. Right now I have 4 projects going (two blankets a sweater and a tote bag). I always take on too many projects at once and feel self imposed pressure to finish them and go into avoidance mode 😂
