If you don't have an RTX 4070 or more powerful GPU you won't even reach the 144fps besides in shooters like Valorant, CS 2 etc. The heavy games will reach around 90-100fps usually and this monitor will be perfect 👌
Is there any picture in picture feature available? For example, if I connect two laptops to the monitor, can I project both laptop's display on the monitor side by side?
I have the same monitor as you but I can't enable the HDR option. Also, when I set it to 100Hz it only shows 8 bits and I can't set it to 10 bits, only when I set it to 60Hz. Also, at 60Hz I can also set it to 12 bits through the control panel of my AMD graphics card. Does anyone know what's going on and how I can enable 100Hz with 10 or 12 bits and also HDR? I'm using Windows 10 Pro. Regards.
How does the VA panel feel like? Is it properly visible in different angles. I remember having a laptop where if i look slightly sideways i start to see almost nothing.
As I said in my video, the monitor is great! I have tried to cover everything in the video but ofc you can ask me something else :) Thanks for watching!
Yes, Windows has this feature built in, when you just drag a window to the side, but it's best to split it into 2 or 3 parts. 4 would be a bit too much and make things squeeze into a smaller part of the screen
@@valthewiz97 Great. Thanks for the information, I think you should make one more video after a few months about your experience with this monitor. I didn't see any such video on TH-cam. You can include pros and cons about it.
@@johncarlocorpuz34 To be honest that's a gaming monitor so if you want to play mostly games it's definitely better than this MSI. As far as build quality the MSI should be a bit better. Someday I might test the Xiaomi one and compare them :)
I think you are referring to ghosting is that right? There is no screen tearing or ghosting on this monitor, the response time is great! At least I didn't notice anything myself
@@valthewiz97 can attest to this. i bit the bullet with VA (going from IPS) just cause i miss the contrast ratio (no budget yet for OLED< waiting for them to get cheaper) surprisingly, this monitor doesnt have too bad of a ghosting at all! i just set overdrive to fast and enjoying all benefits of VA panel without the smearing. loving it for 1 year now
I haven't seen many reviews about this monitor, do you think it's worth it? 👀
Thanks mate
Glad you liked it!
How did you get the MSI Display kit? Can you give me the link?
I believe it should be this one: www.msi.com/Landing/MSI-Display-Kit
How well does the Freesync work with an Nvidia GPU? Helpful video, thank you
No idea my guy, it does support Freesync but I have been using it with an older laptop. Should be okay tho
Is it in HDR quality?
Yes of course! Looks awesome, the camera doesn't give it justice
The caco on the desk😂
I totally forgot about the fruit on the table 😂
I'm about to get it since the price is more affordable (and its color white!). The only downside for me is why they didn't they make it 144 hz

The monitor doesn't have such a feature but I am pretty sure you can make it work with a software of some sort. Still, I haven't tested that haha

are you using Display port ? also if no you need to use DP with highest rating.
Does this have a usb port? How do you connect your web cam?
Well usually you connect the webcam to your laptop/PC not to the monitor 😂

The angles look great but it's still a curved monitor so ideally you should look straight at it
It says 8bit because it's faux 10bit. It's 8bit + Frame Rate Control (basically making a set of pixels flicker between two colors)
Thanks!
I have massive ghosting and tearing on this monitor. Can you advise me how to fix it?
Hey man, I have no idea why you have ghosting, mine doesn't have any. Try messing with the settings of your monitor
It is gsync compatible?
Yep totally!
I like monitor 4k 100hz msi can play on Asus rog ally or msi claw
Dynamics of this monitor is bad, why? How can I fix it?
I am not sure what you mean by that. If you are referring to the way the monitor reproduces black colors I think it's great. Maybe you got a bad unit?
Hey Bro, I have ordered this today. Will get delivered by next aunday. Can you please shared your experience after using ?

Does it come with a power cable ???
how would you compare this to the xiaomi?
Which Xiaomi? 😂
@@valthewiz97 ohhh sorry 😅. Xiaomi G34wq

"Ghosting"? you used different resolution or the image on this MSI is 200% clearer.... damn shame, but think they`re aline
Not gonna lie the MSI's picture is a lot better compared to my Samsung monitors but they are kinda old, it's time I upgrade them haha
How’s the black smearing of the panel? Can you test and post that
