Can relate to needing to feel in control 💕 one of the reasons I have been calorie counting is just that (I had said that I needed to feel like I was on a diet) I will most definitely be taking some of the principles with me when following SW again. My best SW weeks have been with 3 meals & 3 snacks (all counted/on plan) 💕

I just had a bowl of porridge as my lunch meal replacement(fancied something different than a milkshake). 40g porridge oats and 200ml unsweetened soya milk. Total calories 215. Yummy. Had a Slimfast banana milkshake for my breakfast and a Slimfast Heavenly Chocolate snack bar as my mid morning snack. Total calories comsumed so far today 552 estimated. The Fibre One snack bars are nice by the way. One bar(actually they are more like a cake) 90 calories. I have a box of the lemon and a box of chocolate. I also have two 6 pack bags of Popchips which are 73 calories per bag, I have sweet sour & chives and BBQ. Lovely tasting snacks. I have white chocolate twix fingers from B&M which are 115 calories per finger. I tend to buy the Kershaw ready meals from Morrisons or Herins. Roast Beef dinner is 400 calories. Fish and chips with mushy peas about 600 calories. You can usually get them in a deal, four for £6.00. Herins do them for three for £4.00. A small tin of potatoes, a Heinz snack pot beans and two Linda McCartney's Veggie Sausage Rolls(much cheaper at Herins) comes to about 600 calories. Am lazy when it comes to meals.
I had a slimfast shake today. I got the french vanilla from my local store and it was sooooo gooood. It's already been and hour and I expected to be hungry already, but I'm not. Adding a little fruit was a good idea. I usually don't eat much for breakfast. Usually under 200 calories (cottage cheese and yogurt or some cream of wheat). I always eat too much for lunch and dinner so I'll change my lunch to a shake to save one some calories. I'm also eating veggies for snacks. Today I already had some carrot chips and celery stick with some whipped cream cheese. I also got some strawberry from Amazon to have some veriety. I'll also see if I can get banana or something. I've seen another video with banana.

I really enjoyed slim fast plan its not a plan forever but it gives you that kick start you may just need. Its hard work but I liked having the control over food and it made me drink plenty of water. Hope you have a good week let me know . Take Care x
I don’t find it expensive as it works out, with milk at 60p meal. Don’t know what I could prepare to fill me for that amount. Amazon cheap. Superdrug cheap
Started yesterday but iam mixing it up with 800cal and fasting,,,, on day 2,,, fast from last meal tell my lunch time at 1/2/3 it depends on how long I can go ,,,kind bar are yummy very easy to make too,,

Breakfast = 230 Mid morn snack = 100 Lunch = 230 Mid afternoon snack = 100 Evening meal = 600(800 for men) Evening snack = 100 Total = 1360(1560 for men) The total will depend on what snacks you have.

Been doing Slimfast now for over 2 weeks. The first 3 or 4 days were hard adjusting but now I find it easy. Only wish it wasn't so expensive.
