    Well done in your weight loss. I tried the slim fast diet and I couldn’t get on with it . I am now going to try the calories count diet. Slim fast did work for me but didn’t enjoy it

      It is a very tough diet and hard to stick too! I am now in my 3rd week and I think my body is starting to adjust as I don't feel as hungry as I used to. Good luck on your calorie count diet!

    Hi x for snacks , can u have any snack bars or just the slim fast ones ? Xx as long as they r under 100cals obviously x

      Technically, you do not need to buy the slim fast snacks. As long as it is round about 100 calories per snack then you should be fine. Good alternatives are skinny whips, ringos but I am not sure whether it will provide you with a similar result as I only try to use the SF products. I know they seem quite expensive.

    I use almond unsweetened milk it’s like 30 calories a cup, hoping this is okay xD I also have two scoops per shake twice a day 🌸 I don’t have slim fast snacks though do you think that affects anything?

      No this sounds great! I sometimes use almond milk. 2 scoops are fine as long as they are not heaped! Makes a difference. As long as your snacks are all around 100 calories each then you should be fine! Thanks for watching! And good luck! Let me know how you get on as I am back on it now after a few days off!

    What was it with the water? Do you think I could put the slim fast in my fruit smoothie in a morning?

      I would tend to avoid smoothies as they could be high in calories! Make your shake with milk or water and you'll be fine!

    Am thinking of doing slim fast diet do you know if it suitable for some one with ibs does it stop sweet craving

      I think you would need to check your own dietary needs to make sure there is nothing in it. Unfortunately, I cannot give you advice on this. It is a struggle at times but it does work!

    I make it with water. Made with milkI was getting diarrhea with milk
