As a consultant helping people who want to move abroad as expats. Is the package model right ? My package would include : -1 hour of video call to advice them - A 3 pages report on the city they want to move in so they have cost of living info etc. - 1 ebook to help them apprehend the culture gap

There are WP themes with lots of local/national directory/marketplace functionality built in. Less so from what I have seen on the pagebuilder side. If you have a pagebuilder that includes directory functions you want to use...but I'm guessing not. Single purchase, ie envato. Or membership to set of premium themes. Or themes and builder. Elegant themes had a good looking directory site framework long ago. But unless it has been revamped it wouldn't offer needed new features. But it gives an idea of what's out there. Good luck.

It depends on what you need, but for many Squarespace should be fine. Squarespace is helpful if you don't have a large budget for a web designer, it allows you to design the site yourself using almost no design skills. The monthly fee that you will pay could be higher than using WordPress and another host.
If you don't plan on doing any blogging/content marketing than Squarespace is fine. But if you decide to have a blog or do any kind of content marketing in the future; WordPress is the way to go. Remember that you don't own the site with Squarespace, so when you leave; you have to re-build from scratch.
Also depends on services you offer. If they include web design...and yours is SquareSpace...meh. Also if "wait...you are experts in web xyz...and you can't use _wordpress?"_ could be an issue in clients' minds. ...presuming your clients would recognize, notice, etc
Been following your channel for a while Jason but I'm rather confused here. A consultant is just that, someone who advises. You are showing business models that are actual marketing jobs, i.e doing the actual work. Thats just a basic agency setup. A consultant is paid for their knowledge, they talk, write reports and strategies but they dont run campaigns etc. Their business model is a high priced advice service.
That's a fair point. In our keyword research we found the term 'consulting' was being used to describe much more than the traditional advisor role. So the video's contents is a reflection of this. Not saying you're wrong (because it's true), just explaining why the video includes the content it does.

I did a flat monthly fee. It took a while to figure out the average number of emails per client and adjusting my pricing accordingly
