One small step for Tesla, one giant leap for Euro FSD! (EP-13)

- This is an update to my previous episode (EP-12) about the effects of a recent over-the-air update. From now, our interior camera is monitoring our eyes and our hand(s) while driving with Autopilot!
This works much better and more relaxing, especially on the highways, using the “Navigate-on-autopilot” option: Passing slower cars or trucks now only need a blinker initiation, to move left and to move back to the right.
I am looking forward to my next road trip in Europe!

Just tested it on my Model Y from July 2024 - HW4 - 2024.32.7 - Berlin Build - And here in Denmark we still have the NAG. I cannot replicate what you experience.
I agree the NAG is less frequent, but not removed. Maybe this is just for Highland or China build cars.
Thanks for checking and coming back! Perhaps first for Hardware 4 cars…?
I tested it on my Model Y, which is also from July. The NAG is gone for me. Just note that it isn't vision based, i've read that they've just dialled up the detection sensitivity so much, that merely holding the wheel is enough for it to detect. Maybe you have a very steady hand 😆
2024 SR model 3 (Portugal) 2024.32.7 the nag is gone with minimal contact on steering wheel. (Finger on lower part of wheel). Very good. Basic Autopilot)
Please let me know below how your car is behaving after the latest update. Which car? Which software? Still nags (Hands On Request) or also "Eyes On Request" (internal camera) ?
same version and behavior in model y "euro FSD" but in need of a hack or update to avoid torque requirement at night
@@DeeSockYes, that would be nice!
I’m sure Tesla will continue to improve step by step into 2025. As Elon promised: FSD will be available in EU and China in Q1 2025, pending regulation…
For me he still has full credibility…
@@FiDelZarlar yes, I believe
2019 LRTesla model 3, SW 2024.32.6, probably no change & still nagging. You may have never version of Tesla?
Strange! With 2024.32.6 in my case, during daytime I must only “pretend” to hold the steering.
During the night, I must respond to the nagging like before.
Note that i've read that the sensitivity of detection has just been dialled all the way up, so much so that you holding it is in most cases enough for it to detect. In other words, there is "no NAG" as long as you hold the wheel. (Model Y 2024-july, with FSD). Also, note that it's reportedly only for those with FSD or Enhanced Autopilot, not regular. For Regular autopilot, it just requires less force now.
Tks for your useful reply.
